Staff were very nice. Location was good and it was clean. Bed was comfortable. Also they provided airport transport in the early morning.

Very clean, modern and organised place. Also very affordable, at a nice location close to the main road that leads into the old city (entry from quiet alley, so no worries for noise from the main road) and I was able to make arrangements on short notice.

The location is convenient for the first few days because it permits a late check-in and is conveniently located near the money exchange Mr. Pierre and Seven Eleven.

The owner was great. We came before check in time cause we got food poisoned and she got our rooms done first so we could rest. Also and electric fly zapper in the corridors

The lady at the reception was so so lovely, she really made it for us. The location was perfect to explore the city and it was quiet enough and tucked away so we could still get a great sleep. Highly recommend this stay!

Had an amazing stay for 5 nights. rooms very comfortable, clean and modern with comfy bed and working tv. free water daily. staff are wonderful - so kind and helpful. we booked a bus ticket, hired a scooter, and had some laundry washed all through the front desk. good and quiet location a short walk away from the night markets.

This is a hidden gem in Chiang Mai. In a perfect location, close to many bars restaurants and the night market. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the owner is exceptionally nice. An amazing price to value ratio.
