Very clean, modern and organised place. Also very affordable, at a nice location close to the main road that leads into the old city (entry from quiet alley, so no worries for noise from the main road) and I was able to make arrangements on short notice.

The owner was great. We came before check in time cause we got food poisoned and she got our rooms done first so we could rest. Also and electric fly zapper in the corridors

Really comfy bed, good location down a quiet street, not far from the city walls. Nice warm shower.

Clean, quiet, helpful staff, had everything I needed. Great location, close to restaurants, groceries and cafés. On site laundry service was a great plus. Excellent value.

This is a hidden gem in Chiang Mai. In a perfect location, close to many bars restaurants and the night market. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the owner is exceptionally nice. An amazing price to value ratio.
